Return and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STD TEST KITS.

Returns - Your satisfaction is important to us.

-Orders cannot be cancelled after shipped.

-Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept any returns once opened.

-If your product arrives damaged or you no longer require the products please advise us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide details of returns process or arrange a re-shipment of your STD test kits.

-Any local taxes, import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

-Should you fail to receive the goods on tracked items due to attempted delivery fails or unclaimed shipments then we will not be able to refund.

-Once shipped orders can't be cancelled but if delivery is delayed unopened products can be returned for a refund.
