IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STD TEST KITS.

Returns - Your satisfaction is important to us.

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipped.

Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept any returns once opened.

If your product arrives damaged or you no longer require the products please advise us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide details of returns process or arrange a re-shipment of your STD test kits.

Any local taxes, import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Should you fail to receive the goods on tracked items due to attempted delivery fails or unclaimed shipments then we will not be able to refund.

Once shipped orders can't be cancelled but if delivery is delayed unopened products can be returned for a refund.
